As native East Coasters, we have grown up with great-tasting bagels, so naturally, nothing could quite compare when we moved to the Coachella Valley. Which is why we decided to start our own bagel business. Even better a delivery-inclusive business that will drop off freshly made flash frozen bagels, to lock in all the taste you would enjoy right out of the oven, delivered right to your doorstep first thing in the morning.

Why Stones Best Bagels Flash-Freezes

Stone’s Best Bagels are flash-frozen immediately after baking. This
gives our customers a longer shelf life plus a better-tasting bagel when you’re ready to enjoy them.

We flash-freeze them as soon as they come out of the oven to preserve their freshness and taste. We guarantee, when appropriately thawed, they will taste just as good as if you just baked them.

Flash-freezing is done at extremely low temperatures with cold, circulating
air to ensure that ice crystals do not form leaving our bagels totally intact
just as if you baked them and took them out of your oven. Flash-freezing is a costly procedure but the best way to ensure freshness and taste.

Traditional freezer-frozen bagels will only last for about 3 to 4 months.
